Our methodology consists of the following phases:
Discovery – Understanding the challenges with your current business process and what you are looking to achieve are vital in any implementation. Delbridge will work with you to gather your functional/technical requirements. Your requirements will define the scope of the project prioritizing your immediate needs while also identifying your roadmap for future growth.
Planning/Design – Once requirements are understood and documented, our dedicated team of Solution Architects will design your solution using best practices to ensure the solution is designed to be scalable, provides fast performance, and can easily be maintained. A project plan highlighting tasks and key milestone dates will help manage resources and more importantly, the time and cost for the project.
Build – During this stage, the design of the solution will be implemented. Regular project status meetings will be scheduled with key stakeholders to help monitor project status, identify any changes to the requirements, and mitigate any risks that may arise.
Validation – Delbridge will work with the you to develop test scripts which will validate the solution against the requirements. Our testing team will ensure a thorough testing cycle where issues are identified, resolved, and re-tested. The validation of the solution is completed when users have confirmed that the solution meets the requirements and all open issues have been resolved. This will ensure a successful roll-out.
Deployment – In this stage, the solution will be rolled out to end users. Delbridge will provide knowledge transfer to clients and also provide production support.
