Leon’s responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies for the company and overseeing the sales, marketing and partner channel division. Leon brings 15 years of experience building and managing software and services teams in the areas of Performance Management, Business Intelligence, and Sales Force Automation. Prior to Delbridge, Leon served as the Business Unit Executive of IBM’s North American Software Group, managing the Performance Management Professional Services organization. Leon’s ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams has led to consistently high customer satisfaction ratings and has resulted in his teams being regarded as industry leaders. Leon holds an MBA degree in Information Technology and Operations, from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
Harjot GhaiChief Operating Officer
Harjot’s responsibilities include overseeing the Customer Success and Professional Services organization as well as supporting internal finance, operations and human resources to drive a high performing culture. Harjot’s unique combination of functional and technical know-how as well as his commitment to customer success is the foundation for Delbridge’s approach to ensuring all of its clients have a positive experience working with Delbridge. Prior to Delbridge, Harjot served as the Client Director of IBM’s Performance Management Professional Services organization where he was responsible for managing key enterprise accounts in North America. Harjot holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
Frank PizzolatoChairman of the Board
Frank is responsible for advising the executive team on the overall operations and strategy to ensure continued growth of Delbridge. Frank founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Clarity Systems Clarity Systems evolved from a consultancy firm to a software firm, providing the office of finance with Performance Management solutions. Clarity’s acquisition by IBM was one of Canada’s noteworthy technology transactions in 2010. As CEO, Frank led Clarity through years of continuous profitable growth and reinvention taking advantage of market opportunities. He led the opening of global markets, the continuous improvement of Clarity’s human capital, the acquisition of strategic software and the establishment of their global partner channel community. Frank is a Ryerson University Alumni.
Louis ChoManaging Director, Marketing Sciences
Louis has over 17 years of experience in the Marketing Technology and Advanced Analytics space specializing in leveraging the convergence of big data, advanced analytics and enterprise technologies to deliver transformative analytics capabilities that drive growth. He holds an advanced degree in Mathematics & Statistics and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
Nicole has over 8 years of experience in Marketing Analytics and Insights specializing in generating data-driven customer experiences and campaign management strategies globally for some of the world’s largest brands. She holds an HBA from the University of Toronto and an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics.
